Our flour is from a family run mill founded in 1914 in Padova (Padua), the Veneto Region of Italy. To this day, the mill uses an Augmented Stone Milling process that ensures the highest quality. Our flour is never bleached and has no chemicals that are typically used to speed up the wheat aging process. Measures are taking to preserve the wheat germ to ensure high digestibility.

We craft authentic New York–style pizza with hand-stretched dough made fresh daily and slow-fermented for deeper flavor, better texture, and easier digestion. We use premium ingredients, many imported from around the world, because quality matters. And here's the magic: we've built a pizza that competes with fast-food pricing but delivers an artisan-level experience. Same price point. A completely different league.
